FOR BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, AND elite PLAYERS 

OVERVIEW: 

The AMP  Development Program is our signature program, designed for athletes 4 to 12 years old (U6 TO U12).

​We provide Professional coaching, smaller playing surfaces, smaller rosters, and multisport development also taught by former Pro's and Olympians. 

Our format promotes creativity, confidence, and develops faster shooting, passing, and decision making. We emphasize on FUNdamental skill development, physical literacy and long-term athlete development principles, providing a blueprint for the best possible youth hockey experience.

Weekly Practice & Game Format (all programs)

• The weekday practices are dedicated to skating, skills, and small area games.
• Saturdays are dedicated to 3v3 Cross-Ice games, followed by multisport training.

*Times are subject change, and players may be moved up or down based on playing experience or enrolment.
